TSA Total Care:

TSA Total Care provides peace of mind, as it is an extended warranty for added protection against sudden mechanical and electrical failure of your products.

What is covered by TSA Total Care?

  • Free hardware check-up once a year, in which normal maintenance will be done on it e.g. cleaning laptop fans
  • Covers the cost of repairing or replacing your product
  • Priority service for repairs

What doesn’t it cover?

  • Damage inflicted by the user, including normal wear and tear, misuse and negligence
  • Data back-up or issues caused by software installed or downloaded after purchase e.g. viruses
  • Loss or theft
  • Breakdown due to negligence and accidents such as non-compatibility of accessory equipment, power surges or spikes, flood, fire and earthquakes

What is the duration of TSA Total Care?

TSA Total Care commences at the conclusion of the Manufacturer’s Warranty. It ceases when the first of the following things occurs:

  1. The period of TSA Total Care (1, 2 or 3 years) you purchased has expired
  2. TSA Tech Limited has replaced the covered item
  3. TSA Tech Limited has repaired the item, where the cost of the repair/s, equals or exceeds the purchase price

Where can I purchase TSA Total Care?

You can add TSA Total Care to your product anytime up to 30 days after the original purchase. You can either visit us at our store or call us on (09) 375-5222 to purchase this.

Can I return an extended warranty?

Yes, you have the right to cancel the warranty within 7 days of purchase for a refund (as long as a claim has not been made)

Full Terms & Conditions

  1. TSA Total Care coverage commences on the day the Manufacturer’s Warranty expires.
  2. TSA Total Care only applies to the product it was purchased for i.e. the product serial number recorded in the original invoice must be matching
  3. The decision to repair or replace an item during TSA Total Care is made solely by TSA Tech Limited
  4. Proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty provided by TSA Total Care.
  5. TSA Total Care only covers for components that were present in the product at the time of purchase. Any modifications or new components installed after the time of purchase will not be covered.
  6. TSA Total Care only covers hardware faults, so data back-up and the reinstallation of operating systems or software are not covered and additional fees apply. TSA Tech Limited will not be responsible for the loss of data.
  7. TSA Total Care does not cover damage from external factors such as misuse, negligence, accident, theft, loss, flood, fire, earthquakes
  8. Accessories for the covered product are not covered by TSA Total Care e.g. batteries, power adapters, and cases.
  9. TSA Total Care does not cover design faults acknowledged by the Manufacturer
  10. TSA Tech Limited reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
